Fig and Avocado Salsa

  • Dice figs and avocados.
  • Remove the seeds and then dice the tomatoes. (Try to make the fig, avocado and tomato pieces about the same size.)
  • Remove the seeds and ribs, and then mince the jalapeños.
  • Peel and mince the garlic.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, add seasonings, and stir gently.
  • Refrigerate several hours to let flavors blend.
  • Enjoy with raw veggies, chips or crackers!
