Are you confused about what to eat to be healthy?
One day dietary cholesterol is bad. The next, it is harmless or even helpful. Last year Canola oil was heart healthy; now it turns out to be a major contributor to inflammation. Coconut oil would fatten you up and clog your arteries yesterday, but today it will help you slim down and even improve numerous health conditions. Who wouldn’t be confused?
With all the conflicting information out there on nutrition and diet, I know how frustrating it can be to figure out what is best for you and your family to eat. And if you have food allergies or certain health conditions, it can be even more complicated. Like you, I’ve experimented with one diet or another, and have often been confused and discouraged on my health journey, too.
But I’ve just found you (and me) a solution!
I am very excited to tell you about the The Real Food Summit, an online conference hosted by Sean Croxton from Underground Wellness.
From July 8-16, Twenty-nine farmers, nutritionists, and bloggers will teach us how Just Eating Real Food is best for not only our health, but the health of the soil, the plants, the animals, and the future of our planet.
The line up of presenters is nothing short of amazing, and includes some of the leading authorities on whole food nutrition, sustainable agriculture and health. Check out the schedule below!
And did I mention that it’s absolutely FREE?
