		<description>While natural sugars are certainly better than refined ones, it&#039;s still BEST to use dates and other ultra-sweet foods sparingly. The sweets still cause an insulin response, and if done in excess can still lead to heart disease/diabetes.

That said, I LOVE DATES. And I am glad for the recipes you posted today!!
